The location was great and lovely, because a train station was based close to the hotel. It was set close to a gallery and a castle👍😃

Professional and efficient staff. Location is good for public transport, parks and the city.

Room decor included a mounted reindeer skull - not to everyones taste. Staff are formal to the point of rudeness.

The room was inventively decorated, very clean, quiet. The staff speaks English and is very helpful. Breakfast is very good as well.

Perhaps the bed was not of the best quality, but still ok.

The location was conveniently walkable to many attractions.

My room was too hot because it lacked air conditioning, and I barely had any amenities. The shower only provided scalding hot water. There was a sewage smell in the bathroom.

The hotel had a choice of themed rooms including, Greek (with Spa Bath), Mexican, African, Egyptian, Indonesian etc. Although we were not offered a chice but got a lucky dip which was fun!

Access was via stairs from the street and we had a buggy. Brakfast food was ok only not special. Staff could smile more!
